近50年青海海南地区灾害性天气事件变化特征

摘 要：
为了提高灾害性天气的预警能力,及时开展气象防灾减灾工作,利用1961—2010年青海省海南地区5个观测站的逐日气象观测资料,对海南地区的连阴雨、干旱、极端高温、极端低温等灾害性天气事件进行统计分析。结果表明:近50年来,海南地区各种灾害性天气事件的发生频率与强度均具较大的年际变化特征,连阴雨天气次数、春旱次数、极端高温日数呈增多趋势;极端低温日数则呈显著减少趋势;连阴雨次数、极端高温日数、极端低温日数分别在1974、1990、1976年发生了突变。

摘 要：
The paper aims to improve the early-warning of extreme weather events, and undertakemeteorological disaster prevention in a timely manner. Based on the daily meteorological observation data from5 meteorological stations in the Hainan area during the period of 1961 to 2010, the author analyzed the changecharacteristics of extreme weather and climate events, such as successive raining days, drought, hightemperature and low temperature over Hainan. The results showed that the annual days of occurrence of someextreme weather events, such as, successive raining days, spring drought and high temperature over Hainan inrecent 50 years had been obviously increased, but the low temperature over Hainan in recent 50 years haddecreased. Abrupt changes of occurrence of successive raining days, high temperature and low temperatureoccurred in 1974, 1990 and 1976 respectively.
