对中国农业发展的思考

摘  要：
农业是国民经济发展的基础,直接关系到国计民生和国家安全。结合基层农业生产实际,探讨了发展农业对于解决农村系列问题、维系农民乡土文化、实现农业可持续发展的作用和意义,发现农业发展中存在农田持续生产能力不强、生产要素支撑力不足、农业产业化发展水平不高、农业服务管理功能弱化等问题,并提出了加强农田基础设施建设、发挥各生产要素积极作用、构建新型农业经营体系、提高服务管理能力的建议和对策。

摘  要：
Agriculture is the foundation of the development of national economy, is directly related to people's livelihood and national security. Combined with production practice of primary agriculture, this paper discussed the functions and significances of developing agriculture for solving rural problems,maintaining the native farmer culture, achieving sustainable development of agriculture. There were some problems in agriculture development, such as weak sustained production of farmland, lack of support force of production factors, low level of industrial development of agriculture and weak agricultural service management functions. We should enhance farmland infrastructure construction, make production factors play a positive action, build new types of agricultural management system and improve the abilities of services and management in the future.
