西藏墨脱县农牧民增收问题研究

摘  要：
近年来墨脱县农民收入增长缓慢,严重制约着农村社会的发展。剖析墨脱县农牧民收入增长缓慢的成因,主要有两个方面:一是墨脱县农村产业结构转换明显滞后,制约了农民工资性收入和二、三产业收入的快速增长;二是墨脱县形成的"金字塔型"式的收入格局,使农牧民低收入群体比重越来越大,从而加大了墨脱县农牧民收入总体水平提高的难度。

摘  要：
In recent years,the income of the farmers Medog County growth is slow seriously,restricting the development of rural society. Analysis of the causes of Motuo County farmer income growth is slow,there are mainly two aspects: one is the Motuo County rural industrial structure change obviously lag,restricted the rapid growth of farmers' income and the two or three industry income; two is the Motuo County formed the"Pyramid"type of income distribution,so that farmers and herdsmen is low income proportion is increasing,thus increasing the level of income of farmers and herdsmen in Motuo County increased difficulty.
