饲料环模制粒机压辊漏油原因及其对策

摘 要：
压辊是饲料环模制粒机的重要部件之一,压辊轴承由于工作环境恶劣(粉尘高、温度高,一般接近100℃以上),如密封不好,或润滑不当,会严重影响轴承寿命;其次轴承的润滑油在蒸汽高温的作用下失效滴入饲料中,轻者影响饲料外观(疑视霉变),重者鸡、猪等吃了就会产生致癌的二恶英毒素,严重威胁着人类的健康,本世纪欧洲的疯牛病,大家都还记忆犹新,查到最后原因是饲料被石油化合物污染造成。为避免上述问题发生,保证人类健康食品安全,笔者通过多年的实践,分析压辊漏油的原因并提出解决问题的方案,与大家共享。

摘 要：
Roller is one of the important parts in the feed pellet mill, roller bearings due to poor work-ing environment(dust, high temperature, generally close to 100 ℃), such as the seal is not good, or im-proper lubrication, will seriously affect the service life of bearing; lubricating oil second bearing failuredrip feed in steam temperature effect next, it may affect the feed appearance(the suspect as mildew),or chicken, pigs eat will produce dioxin toxic carcinogenic, a serious threat to human health, mad cowdisease in Europe in this century, we are still fresh, the last reason is the feed oil compound pollution.To avoid these problems, ensure human health, food safety, through years of practice, analysis of thecauses of pressure roller oil and put forward solutions to the problem.
