摘 要:
【目的】探讨喷施赤霉素(GA_3)和多效唑(PP_(333))对妃子笑荔枝成花进程及其叶片碳氮物质积累的影响,为荔枝及其他果树调控花芽分化进程提供参考依据。【方法】在妃子笑荔枝顶芽现白点后第2 d分别喷施200.0mg/LGA_3和1000.0mg/LPP_(333),以喷清水为对照(CK),观测妃子笑荔枝成花进程并测定叶片中可溶性糖、淀粉和总氮含量及C/N等生理指标。【结果】叶面喷施200.0 mg/LGA_3能有效延缓妃子笑荔枝花芽分化进程,推迟成花时间;降低叶片可溶性糖含量,并在喷施后第5 d降至最低值(10.62 mg/gDW),显著低于CK(30.00 mg/gDW);叶片中总氮含量缓慢增加,并于喷施后第5d达最大值(16.50mg/gDW),显著高于CK(15.60mg/gDW)。叶面喷施1000.0mg/LPP_(333)能有效促进妃子笑荔枝花芽分化进程,提早开花时间;增加叶片可溶性糖含量,喷施后第5和第10 d可溶性糖含量分别是CK的1.8和1.5倍;叶片中总氮含量短期内(喷施后5 d)迅速下降至最低值(14.50 mg/gDW),显著低于CK(15.60 mg/gDW)。叶面喷施GA_3和PP_(333)妃子笑荔枝淀粉含量影响不明显,但可分别降低和提高其C/N。【结论】在妃子笑荔枝顶芽露白点后喷施200.0 mg/L GA_3可延缓其开花进程,推迟开花;喷施1000.0 mg/L PP_(333)可促进其开花进程,提早开花。

摘 要:
【Objective】 The present experiment was conducted to investigate effects of gibberellin(GA_3) and paclobutrazol(PP_(333)) on flowering time and carbon and nitrogen accumulation in litchi Feizixiao leaves,in order to provide reference for controlling flower bud differentiation of litchi and other fruit trees.【Method】 Three treatments were applied to litchi crown on the second day after whitish millets appeared.The three treatments were as follows:200.0 mg/L GA_3,1000.0mg/L PP_(333) and clear water as the control(CK).Then flowering time was observed and soluble sugar content,starch content,total nitrogen content and C/N ratio in leaves were measured.【Result】 Flower bud differentiation was slowed and flowering time was postponed when spraying 200.0 mg/L GA_3.After treated with GA_3,soluble sugar content decreased and dropped to the lowest level(10.62 mg/gDW) on day 5,markedly lower than that in control(30.00 mg/gDW).While,total nitrogen content in leaves rose up slowly,reaching the maximum(16.50 mg/gDW) on day 5,which was higher than that in CK(15.60 mg/gDW).However,the branches which treated with 1000.0 mg/L PP333 accelerated the flowering progress and advanced the flowering time.The value of soluble sugar content in leaves increased after spraying PP_(333),and the contents were as 1.8 times as that in CK on day 5 and as 1.5 times as that in CK on day 10.The content of total nitrogen decreased to the minimum(14.50 mg/gDW) rapidly within a short period of time on day 5,significantly lower than that in control(15.60 mg/gDW).Experimental results also indicated that PP_(333) and GA_3 had little effect on starch content,but PP_(333) could lower C/N ratio whereas GA_3 raised C/N ratio.【Conclusion】The application of 200.0 mg/L GA_3 after whitish millets appears on litchi crown postpones the flowering progress and delayes blossom in litchi production.While,spraying1000.0 mg/L PP_(333) can accelarate the flowering progress and enhance early blossom.
