烟粉虱B型和Q型群体遗传结构的ISSR比较分析

摘  要:
【目的】对烟粉虱复合种中2种入侵性较强的生物型烟粉虱B型和Q型的群体遗传结构进行比较研究,揭示其入侵机制并对其管理提供依据。【方法】采用简单序列重复区间扩增(ISSR)标记,以温室白粉虱以及浙江非B/Q型为对照种群,对世界各地16个烟粉虱B型种群和4个烟粉虱Q型种群的遗传结构进行分析。【结果】遗传多样性分析结果表明,烟粉虱Q型种群的Nei氏基因多样性指数、Shannon信息指数及多态性位点百分比等各项遗传多样性指数均高于烟粉虱B型的相应指数。聚类分析结果提示,ISSR标记能够区分烟粉虱不同生物型,但可能不适用于生物型之间的系统发育分析。【结论】烟粉虱B型种群遗传多样性高于Q型种群。

摘  要:
【Objective】The population genetic structure of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) biotypes B and Q, two invasive biotypes in the species complex, were compared. The study is of significance to reveal their invasive mechanism and their control. 【Method】 The 16 B-biotype populations and 4 Q-biotype populations throughout the world were analyzed using the inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) marker with a Trialeurodes vaporariorum population in Shanxi province and a B.tabac non-B/Q biotype population in Zhejiang province as control populations. 【Result】The genetic diversity analysis showed that the diversity indexes of biotype Q including Nei’s gene diversity index, Shannon informative index and the percentage of polymorphic loci were higher than those of biotype B. Cluster analysis suggested that ISSR could not be used in the phylogenetic analysis though it could easily distinguish the biotypes of B. tabaci. 【Conclusion】The population genetic diversity of biotype B is higher than that of biotype Q.
