基于生态保护红线的土地利用布局研究——以广西壮族自治区大化县为例

摘  要：
为保障在社会经济快速发展的同时,自然生态环境不被破坏,开展基于生态保护红线的土地利用布局研究。以广西壮族自治区大化县为例,基于土地自然资源、土地生态环境2个子系统构建自然生态环境质量评价指标体系。首先,运用Map GIS软件提取评价因子的基础数据;其次,采用AHP确定权重,并应用多因素加权和法计算154个评价单元的土地自然环境质量综合分值;再次,运用频率直方图将大化县自然环境质量划分为3个等级,并绘制其空间分布图;最后,通过叠加地貌图分析得出,空间分布图与大化县地貌形态基本吻合;可将大化县划分为4个管制区,分别为东北高峰丛洼地禁止区、中部中峰丛洼地优化区、西北丘陵山地控制区、东南峰林谷地协调区,并针对各区提出土地利用方向。

摘  要：
To guarantee the natural ecological environment will not be destroyed with the rapid development of economy, the research on landuse layout was carried out based on ecological protection line. Taking Dahua county of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as study area, evaluation index system of natural ecological environment quality was constructed based on natural resources subsystem and land environment subsystem. First, underlying data of the evaluation factors was extracted by Map GIS software. Second, the weights were determined by AHP, natural environment quality comprehensive score of 154 units was calculated using multivariate weighted sum method. Third, natural environment quality of Dahua county divided into three degrees by frequency histogram, and its space distribution was drawed. Finally, the results showed that the space distribution was consistent with LANDSCAPE by superimposing landscape, and Dahua county could divide into four zones, including the prohibited zone of high-cluster peak depression in northeast, the optimization zone of middle-cluster peak depression in central region,the control zone of northwest hilly eares, the coordination zone of high-cluster peak depression in northeast, and landuse countermeasures were puted forward on each of zones.
