植物RNAi的特点及其应用研究进展

摘  要:
RNAi是真核生物中普遍存在的抵抗病毒复制表达、抑制转座子转座及调控基因表达的监控机制。清楚植物体内的RNAi途径,将对认识植物基因组功能和转基因研究工作具有积极意义。就国内外与植物RNAi有关的研究作了综述,重点介绍了植物RNAi特征和该技术在植物基因工程中的应用。

摘  要:
RNAi has been proved to be a phenomenon in a variety of organisms. Eukaryotic RNAi is the common expression of resistance virus replication,inhibition transposon transposable gene expression and regulation of the supervisory mechanism. Clearly understanding the RNAi channels in the plants would be of positive significance for functional genomics and transgenic research. The purpose of this brief review was to highlight the plant RNAi related research,and focused on the characteristics of plants RNAi and the application in plant genetic engineering.
