排气余热利用装置对柴油机性能的影响

我国现有的机动渔船数量众多,装机的总功率在二百万马力以上。但渔船柴油机的有效效率一般不超过40%,浪费的能量占60%以上。其中冷却水带走的热能由于能量品质比较低(温度在75℃以下),要回收这部份能量,在技术上有一定难度。而排气所占的余热约占总能量的30%左右,它的能量品质比较高,排气温度可达350~500℃。因此在机动渔船上如何利用排气余热,对渔船节能具有十分重要的意义。

With wide application of exhaust gas heat utilized plant,much attention has been paid to these problems……what influence will be caused and how big the influence is to the performance of diesel engine. According to the formula derived by the author and the set test result obtained through the test of Gas Boiler LY25-2-1.detailed discussions has been made on these problems. The formula and the test data show that the fitness of the design and installation of the plant will minimize the influence to the performance of the Diesel engine.
