微生物降解褐煤产生的黄腐酸对玉米幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:
通过研究褐煤经微生物降解获得的黄腐酸所制成的包衣剂对玉米幼苗株高、叶绿素含量及根活力的影响,发现200mg/kg黄腐酸包衣的玉米在生长第15d时,幼苗株高比对照提高5.60cm,而采用300mg/kg黄腐酸包衣的玉米叶绿素含量增加了0.27mg/g,根系活力增加了70.93g/(g·h)。实验结果表明,低浓度的黄腐酸能促进玉米的生长、增加叶绿素含量及增强根活力,而高浓度的黄腐酸对三者均有抑制作用。

摘  要:
A new coating agent was developed, which is composed of fulvic acid from lignite degraded by microbial, and its effects on maize heights, content of chlorophyll and root activity were investigated.The results showed that, compared to the control, the plant height of maize seedling coated by 200 mg/kg fulvic acid was 5.60 cm higher after growth for 15 days, and chlorophyll content of seedling coated by 300 mg/kg fulvic acid was increased by 0.27 mg/g, the root activity was increased by 70.93 ug/(g·h), respectively.Low concentration of fulvic acid could promote maize growth, increase chlorophyll content and enhance root activity, while high concentration of fulvic acid had signif icantly inhibitory effect on maize seedling.
