The beef market-classes and production benefit were decided by the beef quality,consumption interest and beef price,and the beef market-classes relate to different crossbreeding systems and finishing technology pattern.The production performance and meat quality characteristics of Limousin crossbred progeny in different finishing technology patterns were subjected,the purpose is as reference to select breed,finishing technology pattern and locating the beef market-class.
