木聚糖酶对肉鸡肠道碱性氨基酸转运载体mRNA表达的影响

摘  要:
480只健康的1日龄父母代黄羽肉鸡随机分为A、B 2组,每组6个重复,每个重复40只鸡。A组饲喂小麦基础日粮,B组饲喂小麦基础日粮添加木聚糖酶(木聚糖酶在日粮中的含量为1.2×104U/kg)。16日龄时,各组每个重复选取2只接近平均体重的试验鸡,采集十二指肠和空肠黏膜样品,用RT-PCR的方法研究添加木聚糖酶对碱性氨基酸转运载体mRNA表达丰度的影响。结果表明,小麦基础日粮添加木聚糖酶显著增加了肉鸡空肠rBAT和CAT4 mRNA的表达丰度(P<0.05),空肠y+LAT2和CAT1 mRNA的表达丰度也有增加的趋势(P>0.05);而对回肠rBAT mRNA的表达丰度没有显著影响,回肠y+LAT2、CAT1和CAT4 mRNA的表达丰度也有增加的趋势(P>0.05)。

摘  要:
480 healthy 1-day-old male parent yellow-feathered chicken were assigned randomly into A and B groups,and each group had 6 pens(40 birds/pen).Group A were fed with wheat-based diet and Group B were fed with wheat based-diet with xylanase(1.2×104 U/kg diet).On day 16,two birds(closest to the mean weight) were selected from each replication.Sample of jejunum and ileum was collected for the determination of mRNA expression of cationic amino acid transporters.Xylanase significantly increased the expression abundance of rBAT and CAT4 mRNA in the jejunum of yellow-feathered chicken fed the wheat-based diet(P<0.05) and had the trend to increase the expression abundance of y+LAT2 and CAT1 mRNA in jejunum(P>0.05).It had no effect on the expression of rBAT mRNA in ileum but had the trend to increase the expression abundance of y+LAT2,CAT1 and CAT4 mRNA in ileum(P>0.05).
