一例犬外周神经鞘瘤的诊断

摘  要：
为了对一例患犬腕部肿物进行诊断,通过病史调查、触诊、直接数字化X射线摄影系统(DR)、血常规、生化指标等一系列检查后,临床上诊断为肿瘤,对肿瘤组织采样,经40g/L的甲醛固定后送新疆农业大学动物医学院病理诊断实验室检查.眼观,该肿物呈结节状,表面不平整,外有包膜包裹,大小为4cm*3.7cm*2.1cm.显微镜下观察,肿瘤组织呈现两种形态(Antoni A型和Antoni B型),为神经鞘细胞的增生,未见核分裂象.Antoni A肿瘤细胞型以纺锤形细胞增生为主,排列紧密,可呈束状、波浪状、栅栏状排列.Antoni B型的肿瘤细胞较少,呈纺锤形,排列稀疏,间质发生黏液样变性.经病理组织学观察,确诊为神经鞘瘤,且为混合型.

摘  要：
In order to diagnose a dog with a goitre in the wrist,medical history survey,palpation,direct digital X ray radiography system(DR),blood routine,biochemistry were performed to conform the canine schwannoma.The biopsy sample from the mass was fixed by 100 g/L formaldehyde and examined with histological analysis in pathology laboratory of Xinjiang Agricultural University.Visual observations showed that the nodular mass with uneven surface was wrapped by capsule,4 cm×3.7 cm×2.1 cm in size.Microscopically,Schwann cells arranged in the characteristic patterns referred to as Antoni A and B,and no further mitotic activity was observed.Histologically,Antoni type A showed the characteristics of schwannoma mainly composed of predominantly spindle cells.The cells have a wavy,buckled appearnce and closely bunched together.There are a few tumor cells in Antoni type B.Antoni type B cells are arranged in small interwoven bundles with intervening fibrous and mucinous stroma.Based on these characteristics,the case was diagnosed as schwannoma with mixed types.
