北京市场蔬菜来源地分布的调查研究

摘  要：
北京蔬菜市场自给率偏低,以外埠供应为主,具有典型销地市场特征。为摸清北京市场蔬菜主要来源地的分布情况,本文通过选择北京8家大型一级农产品批发市场为对象,开展了北京市场蔬菜来源地分布专项调研。调研结果表明,北京市场蔬菜来源地相对集中,总体形成北方蔬菜供应为主,南方蔬菜供应为辅的格局。其中,在北京市场上来自河北和山东2地蔬菜所占比例超过一半,北京本地蔬菜市场供应比例平均在10%左右,蔬菜供应地随季节变化而出现规律性的转移。

摘  要：
Beijing vegetable market is a typical sale market and its self-sufficiency rate is low,and vegetable supply mainly depends on other cities.The article selected 8 large-scale wholesale markets of agricultural product in Beijing and carried out a special investigation of the vegetable sources distribution of the Beijing market in order to find out the mainly sources distribution of Beijing vegetable market.The result showed that the vegetable sources of Beijing market were comparatively centralized,and it developed and formed a kind of pattern that vegetable of Beijing market mainly come from the Northern area and the Southern vegetable was supplemented.The results also indicated that the proportion of vegetable come form Hebei and Shandong province was more than 50% in the Beijing market,the level of local vegetable supply was about 10%,and the vegetable supply areas occurred regular transfer with the season change.
