摘  要:
详细分析和研究了无线射频技术在原料乳收购和计价过程中对原料乳品质控制的应用过程,提出和设计了基于无线射频和云计算技术的原料乳质量控制的平台构架和原料乳品质管理信息系统。通过无线射频系统、中继服务器和云服务器端对原料乳来源和品质信息进行识别、读取、保存和共享,乳品企业可以方便的对原料乳的收购和计价过程进行监控和管理。

摘  要:
The application process of quality control in acquisition and pricing of raw milk was analyzed and researched in detail,and the platform framework for quality control and information systems of raw milk based on radio frequency technology and cloud computing were proposed and designed.Dairy enterprises can monitor and manage the process of acquisition and pricing of raw milk easily via identify,read,save and share the information of source and quality of raw milk under the help of RFID system,relay server and cloud servers.
