云南省实施新一轮退耕还林需要注意的几个问题

摘  要：
云南省在前一轮退耕还林工程长期实践中,积累了丰富的经验和做法,但各地在新一轮退耕还林实施过程中仍然存在一些比较共性的问题,影响工程建设质量及后期监管。结合2018年新一轮退耕地还林国家级检查验收工作,将云南省检查过程中发现的共性问题进行总结探讨,并提出相应建议,以期为提高工程建设及管理水平提供参考。

摘  要：
Yunnan Province has accumulated rich experience and practice in the long term practice of the previous round of Returning Farmland to Forest Project, but there are still some common problems in the implementation of the new round of Returning Farmland to Forest Project, which affect the quality of construction and supervision in the later stage. Combined with the new round of national inspection and acceptance of Returning Farmland to Forest Project in 2018, this paper sums up and discusses the common problems found in the inspection process in Yunnan Province, and puts forward corresponding suggestion in order to provide a reference for improving the level of engineering construction and management.
