灭幼脲对亚洲玉米螟胚胎气管系统形成的影响

摘  要:
初产下的亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée)卵,经灭幼脲处理,观察发现:具有抑制几丁质合成性能的灭幼脲对该种害虫的胚胎发育阶段不导致中断,而对气管系统的发生和形成产生严重阻碍。卵内幼虫近孵化时不能开始气管呼吸,生命活动停滞,死于卵壳内。这观察结果可阐明灭幼脲的杀卵机制,并指出更好地应用灭幼脲的途径。

摘  要:
The treatment with TH 60-40, a chitin synthesis inhibitor, to the eggs of the Asian corn borer, Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenee), was found to impede normal hatching. When egg masses in two hours after oviposition were dipped into an acetone: water (3:1) solution containing 100 ppm TH 60-40, the percentage of egg hatching was reduced to zero. Microscopical examinations revealed that treatment with TH 60-40 did not influence the general course of embryonic development, but had effect on the formation of the tracheal system of the embryo. If was observed that the two lateral longitudinal tracheal trunks could not form or formed incompletely, and presumably the respiratory function of the tracheal system was thus inhibited. As a result, the larvae would die within the chorion.
