氯磺酸改性制备稻草吸附剂的研究

摘  要:
以稻草为原料,用氯磺酸对其改性制备重金属离子吸附剂。采用正交试验考察了反应条件对改性稻草增重率的影响,得到以稻草制备重金属离子吸附剂的最佳工艺条件。用原子吸收光谱法测定了吸附条件对吸附剂吸附工业废水中Cu2+性能的影响。结果表明,反应时间4 h、反应温度15℃、m稻草∶m氯磺酸=1.0∶2.5、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)用量50 mL时,稻草增重率为82.6%。重金属离子吸附剂在投入量10.0 g/L、温度35℃、时间3.0 h、pH 5的条件下对废水中Cu2+的吸附率最高,达到93.7%。

摘  要:
With straw as material,heavy metal ion adsorbent was prepared by chlorosulfonic acid modification.The effect of reation conditions on the WGR(weight gain rate) of the modified straw was investigated through orthogonal experiment,and the optimum conditions of the modification reaction were given.The effect of adsorption conditions on adsorption rate of Cu2+ was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the WPG of straw was 82.6% when reacting for 4 h at 15 ℃,mass ratio of straw to chlorosulfonic acid for 1.0∶2.5,and the dosage of solvent for 50 mL.The highest adsorption rate of Cu2+reached up to 93.7% when the dosage of adsorbent was 10.0 g / L,adsorption time was 3.0 h,adsorption temperature was 35 ℃ and the pH was 5.
