一种小型沼气净化与提纯装置的设计

摘  要:
目前,农村沼气使用过程中存在脱硫器推广效果不理想、CO_2含量过高导致热值偏低等问题。该研究基于膜分离技术设计了一种沼气净化(脱除H_2S)与提纯(脱除CO_2)装置,通过Aspen HYSYS软件建立了沼气膜分离工艺仿真模型,并完成了装置尺寸的优化设计;最后通过调整沼气组分,分析了装置适应性。结果表明:当分离压差为1~5 kPa时,装置最优膜面积为7.32×10~(-2 )m~2;当CH_4,CO_2和H_2S体积分数在60%~65%,34.5%~39.5%和0.5%~1.5%范围内时,该装置的H_2S脱除率始终为100%,CO_2脱除率为40%~51%,热值提高14.9%~19.5%,证明该装置应用在沼气净化与提纯领域具有可行性。

摘  要:
At present, there are some problems in the use of rural biogas, such as poor popularizing effect of desulfurizer, and low calorific value due to high CO_2 content. In this study, based on membrane separation technology, a biogas purification device to remove H_2S and CO_2 was designed. Aspen HYSYS software was used to establish the simulation model of biogas membrane separation process, and the device size was optimized. Finally, the adaptability of the device was analyzed by adjusting the biogas composition. The results showed that, when the separation pressure difference was 1~5 kPa, the optimal membrane area of the device was 7.32×10~(-2)m~2. When the volume fraction of CH_4, CO_2 and H_2S were in the range of 60%~65%, 34.5%~39.5% and 0.5%~1.5% respectively, the H_2S removal rate was always 100%, the CO_(2 )removal rate was 40%~51%, and the calorific value increased by 14.9%~19.5%. It proved that the device was feasible in the field of biogas purification.
