摘 要：
Organization of land exploitation and management was investigated deeply and thoroughly. Various contradictions were analyzed during land utilization. Based on them, a new type of cooperative economic organization--stock cooperation of land exploitation and management,is put forward, and its demonstrating and promoting roles are exerted to a great extent in practice.
