摘 要:
为了判断砂轮的磨损状态,需要对砂轮修整的监测,分析了砂轮磨削过程与声发射和磨削力的关系,试验研究了声发射和磨削力信号监测砂轮磨削工件的过程,通过对声发射信号进行离散小波包分解,获得表征砂轮磨损的声发射信号特征值,研究砂轮磨削工件过程中,法向力和切向力的变化历程,提取砂轮磨损的磨削力信号特征值。结果表明:可以将磨削过程中磨削力和法向力与切向力的比值,作为判断砂轮磨损剧烈程度的特征值。

摘 要:
In order to judge the wear condition of the grinding wheel, the dressing of the grinding wheel needs to be monitored. Therefore,the relationship between the grinding process and the acoustic emission and grinding force is analyzed. The process of grinding workpiece with the grinding wheel by acoustic emission and grinding force signal is studied. Discrete wavelet packet decomposition of acoustic emission signal is used to obtain the characteristic value of acoustic emission signal which characterizes the wear of grinding wheel.The variation course of normal force and tangential force in the grinding process of grinding wheel is studied. The grinding force signal characteristic value of grinding wheel is extracted. The results show that the ratio of grinding force, normal force and tangential force can be used as the eigenvalue to judge the severity of grinding wheel wear.
