草原牧区绿色发展现状及对策研究——以典型牧区内蒙古正蓝旗为例

摘  要：
为应对全球前所未有的资源环境约束和现实发展困境,实施绿色发展战略已成为世界各国的共识,也是中国经济社会可持续发展的内在要求和必然选择,草原牧区也不例外。笔者通过对内蒙古自治区典型牧区正蓝旗的实地调研和相关资料分析,认为草原牧区在绿色发展过程中存在草原畜牧业组织化程度低、农畜产品龙头企业产业化程度低、旅游资源开发力度不足等问题,从而提出草原牧区应在遵循无污染、低消耗、节约资源、自我循环等原则的基础上,大力发展绿色畜牧业,实施"生态旅游+文化"战略,积极开发利用太阳能、风能等清洁能源等对策与建议。

摘  要：
To deal with the unprecedented resource and environmental constraints and the real development dilemma,the implementation of green development strategy has become the consensus of the world. It is also an inherent requirement and inevitable choice for Chinese economic and social sustainable development,pastoral areas are no exception. Based on the field investigation and analysis of relevant information in Zhenglan Banner of Inner Mongolia,some problems in grassland animal husbandry were found,such as the low degree of organization in the course of green development,the low level of industrialization of leading enterprises of agricultural and livestock products,and the insufficient development of tourism resources. Accordingly,based on the principles of non-pollution,low consumption,resource saving and self-circulation,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in prairie areas,including the development of green animal husbandry,implement of"ecotourism + culture"strategy,and the utility of clean energy such as solar or wind energy.
