十种抗生素在马体内的代谢动力学

摘  要:
本文报告了十种抗生素在健康成年马体内的代谢动力学过程。十种抗生素为噻孢霉素、红霉素、氨苄青霉素、苯唑青霉素、四环素、氯霉素、洁霉素、链霉素、庆大霉素与卡那霉素,它们的主要动力学参数如下: 消除半衰期(t_(1/2)β)分别为0.5、2.91、2、23、2.36、5、79、1.77、8.08、3.05、2.18与2.30(h);总清除率(Cl_B)分别为0.3877、1.5512、0.3946、1.0190、0.0785、1.0760、0.1803、0.0872、0.1233与0.0868(ml/kg·h);曲线下面积(AUC)分別为49.12、10.52、28.50、15.08、159.43、31.97、98.48、258.27、19.11与116.14、(μg·h/ml).还计算了噻孢霉素、洁霉素、红霉素、庆大霉素、链霉素、卡那霉素、氨苄青霉素与四环素的多剂量给药参数。

摘  要:
Pharmacokinetic process of ten antibiotics viz.cephalothin, erythromycin, ampicillin, oxacillin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, lincomycin, streptomycin, gentamicin and kanamycin were determined in biological samples of healthy adult horses.Pharmacokinetic parameters of the ten antibiotics are as follows:The elimination half-life(t_(1/2β)was 0.5,2.91,2.23,2.36,5.79, 1.77, 8.08, 3.05, 2.18, and 2.30 (h), respectively; the total body clearance (CI_B) was 0.3877, 1.5512, 0.3946, 1.0190, 0.0785, 1.0760, 0.1803,0.0872, 0.1233 and 0.0868 (ml/kg.h), respectively; the area under curve (AUC) was 49.12, 10.52, 28.50, 15.08, 159.43, 31.97, 98.48, 258.27, 19.11 and 116.14 (μg.hr/ ml), respectively.Parameters of multiple dosing of cephalothin, lincomycin, erythromycin, gentamycin, streptomycin, kanamycin,ampicillin and tetracycline were calculated as follows: r was 4, 12, 6, 8, 11, 8,6, 6 (h), respectively; R was 1, 1.56, 1.23, 1.16, 1.12, 1.12, 1.09, 1.581, 1.15, respectively; C was 12.28, 8.20, 1.75, 2.39, 18.02, 15.96, 4.75, 11.34, (μg/ml), respectively; (Css) max 223.99, 9.66, 10.34, 6.19, 31.82, 28.06, 8.89, 74.99 (μg/ml), respectively; (Css) rain was 0.06, 6.23, 0.47, 0.43, 5.35, 4.56, 2.17, 2.77 (μg/ml), respectively.
