汽车电磁风扇离合器电路和磁路的研究

摘  要:
分析了电子温控电路和有电刷结构的汽车电磁风扇离合器在推广应用中存在的问题,研究了蜡质温控开关电路和无电刷结构的电磁风扇离合器的磁路。蜡质温控开关的电路与电子温控电路相比较有如下优点:结构简单、性能稳定、使用可靠。试验证明,上海SH-760型轿车电磁风扇离合器采用无刷磁路和蜡质温控开关的电路后,提高了产品质量,促进了推广应用工作。

摘  要:
This paper has discussed the problem of electromagnetic fan clutch for automobile that consists of brush and circuit of electronic temperature control, which appeared in application. The electromagnetic clutch with circuit of the wax temperature control switch and the structure without brush is studied. The clutch without brush over-comes the problem of the clutch with brush. The circuit of the wax temperature control switch is more reliable than the electronic one. Based on the test, the result showed that electromagnetic fan clutch for Shanghai SH—760 model car raised its' reliab ility after the magnetic ciruit was applied, without brush and circuit of the wax temperature control switch.
