基于响应曲面分析的生物炭制备及其对重金属吸附作用研究

摘  要:
选取典型农作物废弃物——水稻秸秆为生物质炭原料,采用响应曲面分析方法,研究生物炭对农田土壤典型重金属污染物Cd~(2+),Cu~(2+),Zn~(2+)的吸附作用。结果表明:Cd~(2+),Cu~(2+),Zn~(2+)的吸附率与生物炭的碳化温度有着明显的二次抛物线关系;Cd~(2+),Zn~(2+)的吸附率与生物炭的碳化时间也有着明显的二次抛物线关系,但Cu~(2+)的吸附率随生物炭的碳化时间增加而提高。根据不同碳化条件对重金属总体吸附效果的响应曲面可以预测,最佳模型的碳化条件为碳化时间3 h、碳化温度447℃。

摘  要:
This study selected the typical crop waste——rice straw as raw materials of biochar, with response surface analysis method,carries on the study of the adsorption of typical farmland soil heavy metal pollutants Cd~(2+), Cu~(2+), Zn~(2+)by biochar. Results showed that the adsorption rate of Cd~(2+), Cu~(2+), Zn~(2+)and carbonization temperature biochar were quadratic parabola related obviously;Cd~(2+), Zn~(2+)adsorption rate and carbonization time of biochar also have a quadratic parabola relationship, but the Cu~(2+)adsorption rate increases with the increase of carbonization time of biochar. According to different carbonization conditions on the absorption effect of the heavy metals overall response surface, it can be predicted the optimal model of carbonization condition. 3 h and carbonization temperature 447 ℃.
