西鄂尔多斯地区5种天然荒漠优势灌丛含碳率的研究

摘 要:
准确估算荒漠灌丛固碳能力及荒漠生态系统碳储量对整个陆地生态系统碳循环及其对全球气候变化的响应具有重要意义。利用2014—2015年西鄂尔多斯地区5种天然优势荒漠灌丛(沙冬青、霸王、四合木、半日花和红砂)标准样地调查的基础上,通过野外采样法获得各标准灌丛各器官样品后在实验室利用Elementar vario MACRO CUBE元素自动分析仪测定灌丛各器官平均含碳率和平均加权含碳率。研究结果表明:西鄂尔多斯地区不同灌丛各器官平均含碳率高低分布具有一定的随机性,5种荒漠灌丛各器官含碳率的变化范围在29.78%~56.05%之间,平均含碳率变异系数在1.55%~6.99%之间,但均表现为地下部分平均含碳率高出地上部分;灌丛夏季各器官含碳率高于春季,且差异性达到了显著水平(P<0.05);同一灌丛种在不同季节的加权平均含碳率差异不显著,其差值除了半日花外,其它4种荒漠灌丛加权平均含碳率差值均在2%以内;最终研究确定了5种灌丛在夏季和春季加权平均含碳率分别为沙冬青44.25%和42.31%、霸王41.65%和40.32%、四合木42.39%和41.37%、半日花48.78%和44.35%、红砂39.25%和39.86%。

摘 要:
Accurately estimating the fixing carbon capacity desert shrub and carbon storage of desert ecosystem has great significance to study on carbon cycle of terrestrial ecosystem and its response to global climate change. This research measured the carbon content of each organ samples in five desert shrubs obtained by field sampling using automatic elemental analyzer(Elementar vario MACRO CUBE) made in Germany based on standard sample investigation to five desert shrubs(Ammopiptanthus mogolicus, Zygophyllum xanthoxylum, Tetraena mongolica, Helianthemum songaricum, Reaumuria songarica) in west Ordos region in 2014-2015.We calculated the average carbon content rate and weighted average carbon content rate. The results showed that the organs average carbon contents' distribution of five desert shrubs in west Ordos region was random. The change range of each organ was in 29.78% ~ 56.05% and coefficient of variation of average carbon content was in 1.55% ~ 6.99%, but the average carbon content of aboveground part of shrubs was higher than belowground parts. The average carbon content of five desert shrubs in summer was higher than in spring and the differences reached significant level(P < 0.05). The weighted average carbon content of above five desert shrubs in different seasons had no significant differences and the difference of weighted average carbon contents were less than 2%, except Helianthemum songaricum. At last, we determined the weighted average carbon content of five desert shrubs in summer season: Ammopiptanthus mogolicus 44.25% and 42.31%, Zygophyllum xanthoxylum 41.65% and 40.32%, Tetraena mongolica 42.39% and 41.37%, Helianthemum songaricum 48.78% and 44.35%, Reaumuria songarica 39.25% and 39.86%.
