提出了一种中国民族服装数字图书馆的构建方案,通过对以服装为中心的资源现状以及用户需求的分析,明确了系统的主要目标,同时对系统的整体架构、资源加工方式以及数据组织形式进行了详细的设计,并在分析和设计基础上确定了系统的开发环境和具体实施步骤。

摘要：

This paper has put forward a construction program of a Chinese ethnic costume digital library.Through the analysis of resource focusing on costume and the requirement of customers,the paper has clarified the major objective of the system,designed the integral system framework,the way of resource processing and data organization,and determined the development environment and actual implementation process of the system on the basis of analysis and design.
