摘  要:
针对食品微生物学实验的教学现状,构建基础实验、综合实验和应用自选实验3模块式实验教学模式,优化了教学内容,强化了学生基本操作技能,培养了学生创新意识,提高了学生的自主学习能力,为进一步学习奠定了良好的基础。

摘  要:
According to the current situation of the teaching of "Food Microorganism Experiment",the mode of basic experiment,comprehensive experiment and self-determination application experiment system in three levels was established. The practice of teaching reform optimized the teaching content,enhanced the students' basic operating techniques,cultivated the student's innovation,and improved the student's autonomous learning,in order to lay a good foundation for further study in the future.
