中国贫困地区发展特色农业的探索及启示——以甘肃景泰发展戈壁农业为例

摘  要：
打赢脱贫攻坚战是中国全面建成小康社会的关键指标,发展特色农业是实现脱贫攻坚的重要举措之一。以甘肃省景泰县发展戈壁农业为例,就贫困地区"因地制宜、化劣为优"发展戈壁特色农业进行了思考,探讨了甘肃省景泰县戈壁特色农业发展的主要路径,总结了戈壁特色农业发展的经验,提出了中国贫困地区发展特色农业的启示。

摘  要：
Winning the battle against poverty is a key indicator for China to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and developing characteristic agriculture is one of the important measures to achieve poverty alleviation. Taking Jingtai county of Gansu province to develop Gobi agriculture as an example, developing Gobi characteristic agriculture in poor areas was analyzed from adapting measures to local conditions and changing the poor to the best, and the major development path were discussed. Finally,the experience of developing Gobi characteristic agriculture was summarized, and enlightenments of developing characteristic agriculture in China's poor areas were put forward.
