紫草和川牛膝对中华绒鳌蟹生长及抗氧化指标的影响

摘  要：
为研究紫草和川牛膝对中华绒螯蟹生长及抗氧化指标的影响,试验分为对照组、紫草添加0.5%组、紫草添加1.0%组,川牛膝添加0.5%组,川牛膝添加1.0%组,每组3个重复。分别在试验开始后第2周和第4周取肌肉和内脏团测定生长和相关健康指标。结果表明,一定范围内川牛膝添加量为0.5%时能提高中华绒鳌蟹TSOD、CAT活力,降低MDA和NO含量;1.0%川牛膝能提高NO含量。一定范围内添加1.0%紫草能提高中华绒鳌蟹T-SOD、CAT活力,降低MDA和NO含量。添加川牛膝和紫草的浓度为1.0%和0.5%时对中华绒鳌蟹体重有促进作用,添加量为0.5%时对中华绒鳌蟹丰满度促进明显。

摘  要：
To study the effect of lithospermum and Cyathula officinalis on the growth and antioxidant incicators of Chinese mitten crab, the test was divided into five groups, which were control group, group with0.5% lithospermum and 1.0% lithospermum, group with 0.5% Cyathula officinalis and 1.0% Cyathula officinalis. Each of these groups repeated three times. Then take the muscle and visceral mass to measure the growth and health indicators at second and fourth weeks after the trial, respectively. The results showed that at a certain range, 0.5% Cyathula officinalis could improve the Chinese mitten crab's T-SOD and CAT activities, decrease the cantents of MDA and NO; 1.0% Cyathula officinalis could increase the contents of NO. At a certain range, 1.0% comfrey could improve Chinese mitten crab's T-SOD and CAT activities,decrease the contents of MDA and NO. 1.0% Cyathula officinalis and 0.5%lithospermum could improve the weight of Chinese mitten crab, and 0.5% of both objects could obviously improve the fullness of it.
