复方氯氰碘柳胺钠片剂对大白鼠的亚慢性毒性试验

摘 要：
将复方氯氰碘柳胺钠片剂按高、中、低和对照 4个剂量组 (10 8 38,2 7 0 9,13 5 5 ,0mg/kg) ,分别给大白鼠经口投服 ,每天 1次 ,连续给药 7d ,观察试验鼠的生理状态及活动情况 ,测定增重及血液生理生化指标 ,并进行病理解剖及病理组织学检查。结果表明 :复方氯氰碘柳胺钠片剂对大白鼠的体重、血液生理和生化指标无明显影响 ;病理学检查 ,在高剂量组个别动物肝脏有轻度脂肪变性 ,肾小管上皮有轻度颗粒变性 ,其他组织器官均未见异常。复方氯氰碘柳胺钠片剂在大剂量使用时可能对肝、肾有一定影响

摘 要：
Eighty rats were randomly devided into 4 groups and orally administered 108 38?mg/kg (high dose),27 09 mg/kg (medium dose),13 55 mg/kg (low dose) and 0 mg/kg (control) of closantelum natricum compound once a day for 7 days. The results showed that the drug had no poisonous effects on normal activities,physiological and biochemical index of rats Pathological examination showed that there were slightly denatured fat in livers and danatured granules in renal tubule epithelia in rats with high dose of closantelum natricum compound. This suggests that high dose of the drug may affect liver and kidney functions
