秣食豆、苦荬菜、谷稗发芽试验

摘  要:
本文采用培养皿滤纸和脱脂棉发芽法,比较分析了秣食豆、苦荬菜和谷稗种子的发芽率和发芽指数以及不同发芽床对种子萌发的影响。结果表明,在培养皿放置脱脂棉和滤纸两种不同发芽方式下,三种饲料作物种子在脱脂棉上发芽率和发芽指数明显高于滤纸上的发芽率和发芽指数,说明脱脂棉发芽床优于滤纸发芽床。

摘  要:
This paper analyzed the germination rate and germination index of Glycine max,Lactuca indica and Echinochloa crusgalli used filter paper and absorbent cotton germination method,and the effects of different germination beds on seed germination.The results showed that the germination rate and germination index of the three kinds of feed crops were significantly higher than those of the filter paper.It showed that the germination bed of the absorbent cotton was superior to that of the filter paper bed.
