山东鲜食玉米产业发展现状与对策

摘  要：
鲜食玉米营养丰富,具有良好的适口性,深受消费者喜爱。发展鲜食玉米产业对于调整玉米种植结构、改善居民饮食健康、占领产业国际优势地位具有重要作用。本文探讨了山东鲜食玉米产业现状和存在问题,分析了产业优势和发展方向,并提出了鲜食玉米产业发展对策,以期为山东鲜食玉米产业发展助力。

摘  要：
Fresh corn is well accepted for its high nutrition and good taste. Developing fresh corn industry will promote the planting structure adjustment of corn,improve the diet health and dominate the global market. In this paper,the current status and difficulty of fresh corn industry in Shandong Province were discussed. The industrial predomination and development direction were carefully analyzed. Finally,the development strategies were proposed to facilitate the fresh corn industry development.
