农业高校服务农村一二三产业融合发展的路径研究

摘  要：
推进农村一二三产业融合发展是我国农村与农业现代化进程中的重要战略,研究在对相关概念内涵、推进路径等问题分析的基础上,提出农村一二三产业融合对农业高校发展的影响:新型农业经营主体转型提升需要智慧支撑;现代农业转型发展对科技创新提出新要求;产业融合政策机制创新探索迫切需要深入研究;产业融合中新产业新业态需要高校创新人才培养思路。研究提出农业高校服务一二三产业融合发展的具体路径:强化复合型应用型高素质农业人才培养;突出农业高校科研与产业变化融合;打造新型农业经营主体培育高地。

摘  要：
Based on the analysis of the connotation and advancing path of the related concepts,the author puts forward the influence of the integration of rural first,second and third industries on the development of agricultural colleges and universities: The transformation and upgrading of new-type agricultural management entities need the support of wisdom; the transformation and development of modern agriculture put forward newrequirements for scientific and technological innovation; the innovation of industrial integration policy mechanisms urgently needs further study; the newindustry newintegration of industries needs the train of innovative talents of colleges and universities.This paper discusses the specific paths for the integration and development of primary and secondary tertiary industries in agricultural colleges and universities: strengthening the cultivation of composite high-quality agricultural talents; highlighting the integration of scientific research and industrial changes in agricultural colleges and universities; and cultivating a newtype of agricultural management subject to cultivate highlands.
