嗜酸乳杆菌对生长期蓝狐体增重的影响

摘  要:
为了研究饲料中添加不同比例的嗜酸乳杆菌对生长期蓝狐体增重的影响,试验选取128只60日龄体重相近、健康的生长期蓝狐进行饲养试验,分为4组,每组32只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.1%、0.2%的嗜酸乳杆菌(占湿料的百分比),试验期为50 d,每10 d测量1次空腹体重。结果表明:添加0.05%嗜酸乳杆菌的蓝狐组日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),添加0.1%、0.2%嗜酸乳杆菌蓝狐组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),表明添加适量的嗜酸乳杆菌对生长期蓝狐有一定的促进作用。

摘  要:
To study the effect of adding different proportions of Lactobacillus acidophilus in the feed on the body weight gain of blue fox( Alopex lagopus) during the growth period,128 healthy blue foxes with similar body weight at 60 days of age were selected for a feeding trial,which were randomly divided into 4 groups of 32 blue foxes each. The control group was fed the basal diet,and the three experimental groups were feed the same basal diet supplemented with 0. 05%,0. 1% and 0. 2% Lactobacillus acidophilus( including wet material percentage). The feeding trial lasted for 50 d. The fasting body weight was measured every 10 d. The result showed that daily weight gain of the blue fox group with adding 0. 05% lactobacillus acidophilus was significantly higher( P < 0. 05) than that of the control group. There were no significant differences( P > 0. 05) in the body weight gain of the blue fox groups with adding 0. 1% and 0. 2% lactobacillus acidophilus compared with the control group. The results indicate that adding an appropriate amount of Lactobacillus acidophilus has a promoting role on the growth of blue foxes during the growth period.
