酢浆草岩螨的发育起点温度和有效积温

摘  要:
在温度为18、21、24、27和30℃、光周期L∥D=16h∥8h、RH 60%~70%的条件下,研究了酢浆草岩螨[Petrobia(Tetranychina)harti(Ewing)]各螨态的发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明,酢浆草岩螨在18~30℃范围内都能完成生长发育,卵、幼螨、前若螨、后若螨、产卵前期和全世代的发育起点温度分别为9.00、10.42、15.07、10.12、13.02和13.67℃,有效积温分别为100.00、35.15、24.84、39.22、22.02和183.33日.度。

摘  要:
The developmental threshold temperature(DTT) and effective accumulated temperature(EAT) of Petrobia(Tetranychina) harti were studied under L∥D=16 h∥8 h,RH 60%-70% and five constant temperatures in the range of 18-30 ℃.The results showed that egg,larva,protonymph,deutonymph and adult could normally develop between 18-30 ℃.The DTT of egg,larva,protonymph,deutonymph,preoviposition and the whole generation were 9.00 ℃,10.42 ℃,15.07 ℃,10.12 ℃,13.02 ℃ and 13.67 ℃,respectively,and their EAT were 35.15 ℃·d,24.84 ℃·d,39.22 ℃·d,22.02 ℃·d and 183.33 ℃·d,respectively.
