复方白头翁散超微粉对貉部分生化免疫指标及抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要:
为了研究复方白头翁散超微粉对貉部分生化免疫指标及抗氧化功能的影响,试验选择80只45日龄体重相近的断奶仔貉,随机分成2组,每组40只;Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组(试验组)在基础日粮中添加1%复方白头翁散超微粉方剂,试验期为10周;Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组分别在2,4,6,8,10周采血,检测部分生化免疫指标总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、免疫球蛋白(Ig G)以及抗氧化功能指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及尿素氮(BUN)。结果表明:在每个试验阶段,Ⅱ组血清中的TP、Ig G GSH-Px、T-AOC水平均明显高于Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组血清中BUN含量低于Ⅰ组。说明在饲料中添加1%复方白头翁散超微粉方剂能提高貉部分生化免疫指标及抗氧化功能;降低貉体内BUN含量,提高机体BUN的代谢,改善肾脏功能。

摘  要:
The objective of this experiment was to study the effect of the superfine powder of pulsatilla on partial biochemical immune indices and anti- oxidative function of racoon dog. 80 forty- five day racoon dogs with similar weaning weight were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 racoon dogs in each group. The racoon dogs in control groupⅠ( control group) were only fed basal diet,and the racoon dogs in experimental group Ⅱ were fed with basal diet and supplemented with 1% superfine powder of compound pulsatilla. The test period was 10 weeks. The blood was collected at 2,4,6,8 and 10 weeks. The partial biochemical immune indices TP,ALB,Ig G,and anti- oxidative function SOD,GSH- Px,T- AOC,BUN were tested. The results showed that the average content of TP,Ig G,GSH- Px and T- AOC in serum were significantly higher in experimental group Ⅱ than the control group( P < 0. 05),the content of BUN in serum was lower in experimental group Ⅱ than the control group. In Conclusion,the basal diets supplemented with the 1% superfine powder of compound pulsatilla could improve the biochemical immune indices and anti- oxidant ability,reduce the content of BUN,as well as improve the metabolism of BUN and renal function in Raccoon dog.
