电阻抗法测定杨树无性系抗寒性

摘  要:
以7个杨树无性系当年生枝条为材料,应用电阻抗法对其抗寒性进行了测定,对比分析了弛豫时间(τ)、弛豫时间分布系数(ψ)、电阻率(r)、电阻率(r1)、胞外电阻率(re)、胞内电阻率(ri)拟合的半致死温度(LT50),并与电导率法进行了对比。结果表明:re是相对适用的一个参数,可较好反映出不同无性系的抗寒能力;采用电阻抗法测定不同无性系抗寒性结果与传统的电导率法的结果基本一致,具操作更简单、快捷等优越性。

摘  要:
One-year-old seedlings of 7poplar clones were used as materials to measure their cold resistance by electrical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and electrical conductivity methods.Six parameters(τ,ψ,r, r1,re,ri)of EIS were analyzed and matched to LT50.The results obtained from the two methods were compared.It was found that extracellular resistance(re)was the best parameter for determining cold resistance of plants.The results determined by EIS were basically identical to those by electrical conductivity.However,EIS method is simple,convenient,and fast.
