阿克苏地区土地执法监察现状研究——基于阿克苏市问卷调查分析

摘  要：
新疆地区在迎来国家"一带一路"和"十三五"重大规划发展之际,也遇到了土地执法监察问题。本文以阿克苏地区土地执法监察现状为研究对象,从阿克苏地区土地执法监察手段、队伍建设现状整体,到阿克苏市国土资源部门和乡镇基层局部,以实地调查问卷为依据,总结阿克苏市土地执法监察现状、存在问题,最后提出建议。以期通过地区整体加阿克苏市局部的解剖研究,为学者提供研究参考资料,填补阿克苏地区土地执法监察现状研究空白。

摘  要：
the Xinjiang area in the country ushered in the "The Belt and Road" and "13th Five-Year" major planning development, also encountered the land law enforcement issues. The in Aksu area land law enforcement to monitor the situation as the research object, from Aksu area land law enforcement means, the present situation of the construction of the ranks of the overall to Aksu City Department of land and resources and the township grass-roots local, with questionnaire survey as the basis, summary, Aksu City, land law enforcement to monitor the situation, existing problems, and finally puts forward suggestions. In order to provide research reference materials for scholars, and fill in the blank of the current situation of land law enforcement and supervision in Akesu area by using the local anatomy of Akesu city as a whole.
