芥菜种子活力测定法探讨

摘  要:
】用玻板直立发芽法测得的芥菜种子发芽指数,用PEG高渗发芽法测得的发芽率,用热浸法测得的发芽势和发芽率与田间出苗率呈极显著正相关。玻板直立发芽法测得的活力指数与田间出苗率呈显著正相关,种子浸提液导电率与田间出苗率呈显著负相关,并建立了相应的直线回归方程

摘  要:
A few physiological methods were used to test the B juncea Coss. Seed vigor and the correlation between the vigor indexes and the emergence percentage in the field was studied. The results showed that the germination index tested by the vertical glass plate method, the germination percentage tested by the osmotic stress in PEG 6000, the germinatim power and germination percentage tested by the warm soaking are all highly significantly and positively correlated with the emergence percentage in the field. The vigor index tested by the vertical glass plate method is significantly and positively correlated with the emergence percentage in the field. The electro conductivity of the seed maceration extract is significantly and negatively correlated with the emergence percentage in the field. Meanwhile, Linear regression equations were established.
