摘 要：
以我国重点林区中内蒙古、黑龙江、四川、云南四省为研究对象,通过对研究对象进行主体功能区定位确定其发展要点,选取碳排放强度指标进行分析,证实其发展政策的合理性并直观、有力地说明产业结构调整所带来的生态、经济效益的影响,进而将该影响数据化得出碳排放强度的产业结构弹性以估算产业结构调整的减碳效应,结合分析结果提出符合主体功能区定位的相关产业建议,以实现重点林区的产业结构优化。

摘 要：
In order to balance eco and industry development,realize the strategic target of main-functional zones,achieve the purpose of limited development and reasonable development,the article taking four provinces in key forest region as research object,namely: Inner Mongolia,Heilongjiang,Sichuan and Yunnan,determine its development points by main body function region positioning,besides,the paper analyzes the carbon intensity index,confirms the rationality of its development policy and proves the influence that the adjustment of industrial structure brings to ecology and economy,then data the influence to know the flexibility in industrial structure in order to estimate the carbon reduction effect,puts forward some related suggestions on the positioning of the main body function region,based on analysis results to realize the industrial structure optimization in key forest zone.
