摘  要:
【目的】通过研究白藜芦醇(RES)对低出生重(LBW)哺乳仔猪机体氧化还原状态和线粒体功能的影响,探讨RES改善LBW哺乳仔猪氧化还原状态的可能机制。【方法】选取体况接近、产期一致和胎次相近的初产母猪所产仔猪,4日龄时,选取20头LBW(BW:1.16±0.07 kg)和10头正常出生重(NBW)(BW:2.07±0.10 kg)哺乳仔猪,按体重相近、公母比例一致的原则分为NBWC组(饲喂基础饲粮)、LBWC组(饲喂基础饲粮)和LBW+RES组(基础饲粮添加600 mg/kg RES)三个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复1头猪。基础饲粮为人工乳,饲养21天。在第22天,屠宰并收集所有试验猪的血清与肝脏样品,检测氧化还原状态与线粒体功能指标。【结果】①与NBW仔猪比较,LBW仔猪肝脏CAT酶活和ATP含量显著下降(P<0.05),肝脏COX I mRNA表达量显著下调(P<0.05);②饲粮添加RES显著提高血清和肝脏CAT酶活(P<0.05),显著提高肝脏ATP含量(P<0.05),上调肝脏NRF1的mRNA表达量(P<0.05)。【结论】与NBW仔猪相比,LBW仔猪肝脏抗氧化能力下降,线粒体功能受阻;而饲粮添加600 mg/kg RES显著提高LBW仔猪肝脏抗氧化能力,改善线粒体功能。

摘  要:
【Objective】The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of resveratrol(RES) on hepatic redox status and mitochondrial function to explore the possible mechanism of resveratrol,which improved the antioxidative capacity of LBW suckling piglets.【Method】A total of thirty piglets(4 days old) including ten normal birth weight(NBW,BW:2.07±0.10 kg) and twenty LBW(BW:1.16±0.07 kg) were selected and divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate. NBW piglets were fed with basal diet(NBWC group),and LBW piglets were fed with basal diet(LBWC group) or diet supplemented with 600 mg/kg resveratrol(LBW+RES group). The experiment lasted 21 days. On day 22,all piglets were slaughtered,serum and liver samples were collected,and redox status and mitochondrial function were determined.【Result】The results were shown as follows:①Compared with NBW piglets,hepatic CAT activity and ATP content of LBW piglets were also reduced(P<0.05). On top of that,the COX I mRNA level was significantly down-regulated(P<0.05). ②Dietary RES supplementation significantly enhanced serum and hepatic CAT activities(P<0.05),increased hepatic ATP content(P<0.05). Moreover,the NRF1 mRNA levels in liver was up-regulated(P<0.05).【Conclusion】In summary,LBW piglets exhibit lower hepatic antioxidant capacity and blocked mitochondrial function of piglets;while 600 mg/kg resveratrol supplementation can enhance antioxidant capacity and improve mitochondrial function in liver of LBW piglets.
