马铃薯2n花粉植株后代与优良四倍体株系的遗传分析

摘  要:
本试验对5个TD后代和Serrana作母本与4个4x后代杂交得到的24个家系进行了评价,按设计Ⅱ方法对此群体的单株重、单株块茎数、商品率的配合力及遗传力进行了分析。HP.278.22×AVRDC单株重的特殊配合力最高为333.13,母本以Serrana,HP.278.22的一般配合力最高,分别为125.96,69.71,而父本以LT—7,AVRDC最高分别为62.88、10.88。单株重的遗传力为41.62%,而商品率、单株块茎数的遗传力均低,TD后代作亲本对特殊配合力影响较大表明2n花粉在传递杂合性方面的优势。6个最好家系中既有一般配合力作用大的,也有特殊配合力作用大的,或者两者兼而有之,并表明实生种子育种时,亲本的配合力测定是非常重要的。

24 PS families from live TD parents and one 4× cv. Serrana as females in cosses with four 4× clones were introduced from International Potato Center and evaluatedat China. Data about tuber yield/plant, no. tuber/plant, marketable tuber(>50g) were analy ized accroding to N. C.—Ⅱ model(combining ability, heritability). HP.278.22×AVRDC gavNe highest specific combining ability (S.C.A) of tuber yields 333. 13, Serrana and HP. 278.22 given higher G. C. A_f on tuber yield are 125.96 and 69.71, respectively. LT-7 and AYRDC held Mgher G.C.Am teached 62.88 and 10.88 respectively, h~2 of tuber yield is 41.62%, while hs of marketable tuber and no. tuber/plant are very low. That S.C.A variance of population combining ability variancc accounts for over 70% shows TD offspring's advantage in transferring heterozigosity. Among six best families the tuber yields are affected by G.C.A and/or S.C.A. That indicates importance of estimtaes of combining ability in TPS breeding. 1.
