杂交新品种‘云茶红1号’在保山和澜沧地区的生态适应性研究

摘 要:
1997年,杂交新品种‘云茶红1号’与对照品种‘云抗10号’分别在保山、澜沧进行区域适应性试验。结果发现:‘云茶红1号’扦插成活率、产量比对照‘云抗10号’高,生长势较强,属丰产品种,内含成分丰富,夏季一芽二叶蒸青样含水浸出物43.26%~46.4%,茶多酚33.4%,氨基酸1.4%~2.4%,咖啡碱3.52%~4.0%,制成的红碎茶品质超过云抗10号。

摘 要:
The new tea hybrid variety ‘Yunchahong 1' was arranged as a fitness test variety to plant in Baoshan city and Lancang county, after contrast to the variety 'Yunkang 10', the results showed that the cutting survival rate and volume of production of ‘Yunchahong 1' was higher than contrast variety‘Yunkang 10', and it was a high yield variety with stronger growth potential; its component contents of'one bud and two leaves' steamed green sample was rich with 43.26% ~46.4% water extract, 33.4% tea polyphenols, 1.4%~2.4% amino acids and 3.52%~4.0% caffeine, the quality of red broken tea made of it was higher than contrast variety ‘Yunkang 10'. In addition, the key points of its cultivation technique was introduced from the aspects of planting, applying fertilizer, picking and preventing and curing pests.
