基于AFLP和SSR技术对辣椒果实维生素C含量的QTL定位

摘  要:
为了解辣椒果实中维生素C(Vc)含量的遗传规律,对辣椒果实维生素C含量这一性状进行了QTL分析定位。分别利用Vc含量差异显著的‘L5’(高Vc含量)和‘L158’(低Vc含量)分别作为母本和父本,构建不同的世代群体。利用SSR和AFLP 2种标记,筛选与辣椒果实Vc含量相关的QTL位点,分析构建了包括7个连锁群、49个标记、5个QTL位点的遗传图谱,总长度为1133.87 cM,标记间的平均距离为29.02 cM。以上研究结果为辣椒果实维生素C的最后定位克隆提供了理论参考。

摘  要:
In order to understand the genetic law of vitamin C(Vc) content in pepper fruit, the content ofvitamin C in pepper fruit was analyzed by QTL. The pepper variety‘L5'with high Vc and‘L158'with low Vcwere used as female parent and male parent, respectively. The authors constructed different generations. Basedon SSR and AFLP markers, the authors screened QTL location of Vc content, a 1133.87 c M map wasconstructed including 7 linkage groups, 49 markers and 5 QTL. The average distance between markers was29.02 c M. The above results provide a theoretical basis for the final mapping and cloning of vitamin C inpepper fruit.
