新疆发展特色林果的优势与途径

摘  要：
新疆核桃、巴旦杏、红枣、杏、石榴、酸梅等特色林果营养丰富,口感上佳,在国内外享有盛誉,而且在新疆发展经济林有独特的自然环境优势、品种资源优势、生产优势及得天独厚的生产无公害果品的优势。但因优良品种推广速度缓慢,栽培管理技术落后、科技含量低,科技成果储备不足等原因,新疆特色林果整体质量差、产量低、商品率不高,不能形成优质商品和规模效益,无法满足市场需求。因此就如何提高新疆果品质量,增强市场竞争力,进行了着重分析。

摘  要：
Some fruits from Xinjiang have rich nutrition,good taste and a great fame at home and abroad,for example,walnut,almond,red date,apricot,guava,etc.,and Xinjiang has special advantages of natural environment,varieties,production and developing nuisance free fruits on developing local special fruit trees.But some factors,for example,slow fine varieties extension,lagging techniques of culture and management and lack of scientific and technical achievements,lead to poor whole quality,low yield,and low commodity rate of local special fruit trees,and there are not quality fruits and scales efficiency which can meet market demand.In this paper,how to enhance fruits quality and market competitive power were analyzed mainly.
