“猪高热病”的流行病学调查与主要病因分析

摘  要:
按浙江省出现"猪高热病"流行高峰前后两个时段,采集了53个养猪场户的病猪组织病料和114份病猪及健康猪血清样品,应用PCR或RT-PCR同时检测猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪圆环II型病毒(PCV-2)、猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)、猪流感病毒(SIV)、猪乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)、猪细小病毒(PPV)等7种病毒,应用ELISA方法检测PRRSV、PCV-2、PRV(gE)三种抗体。高热病病猪的病毒检测结果表明,疫情发生前对病猪检测7种病毒性病原,检到PRRSV、CSFV、PCV-2、PRV和PPV共5种病毒,检出率分别为24%、32%、34%、1.5%和0.5%,与发生疫情后的检出率比较,只有PRRSV的病毒检出率呈明显上升,从24%上升到57.7%,PCV-2病毒检出率基本持平,CSFV、PRV和PPV病毒检出率则出现下降或未检到,且流行高峰出现前后均未检到SIV和JEV。抗体检测结果显示,疫情发生后发病猪群的PRRS抗体上升最为显著,从8.97%上升到80.6%,PCV-2抗体从16.7%上升到27.8%,PR(gE)抗体下降为0,提示此次疫病是以PRRS为主要病原或诱因所致的多病原综合性传染病。

摘  要:
The epidemiological investigation on "Swine High Fever Disease" (SHFD) was carried out in parts of Zhejiang area. The tissue and serum samples were collected from diseased pigs and healthy pigs in diseased area during SHFD outbreaks. Seven viruses were detected on tissue samples by PCR or RT-PCR, including porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), porcine circovirus type2 (PCV,-2), classic swine fever virus (CSFV), pseudorabies virus (PRV)、swine influenza virus (SIV), Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV), porcine parvovirus (PPV). Serological tests were used for detecting prevalence of PRRS, PCV-2 and PR gE antibody by ELISA. The results of virus detection showed, the prevalence of PRRS, CSFV, PCV-2, PRV and PPV were 24%、32%、34%、1.5% and 0.5% respectively. Compared with the similar diseased pigs tissue samples in the same area before endemic, only the prevalence of PRRS were obviously raised from 24% to 57.7%. The prevalence of the three viruses antibody showed, prevalence of PRRS antibody was raised from 8.97% to 80.6%,PCV-2 antibody from 16.7% to 27.8%,PR,(gE)antibody was reduced to 0. All the results suggested that SHFD is an infectious multi-factor disease with PRRSV as the main cause.
