化学杀菌剂和生防菌对棉花黄萎病联合作用机制研究

摘  要:
为了研究化学药物和生防菌对棉花黄萎病联合作用机制,将绿色木霉菌与多菌灵等化学药物结合使用,通过检测棉花过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶含量与棉花黄萎病发生之间的关系表明,绿色木霉菌与多菌灵防治棉花黄萎病有协同作用,而五氯硝基苯和利福平与绿色木霉菌则没有协同作用,从而为生物防治和化学防治的结合找到理论依据。

摘  要:
Cotton quality and yield are affected by several factors during the growing season.A soil inhabiting fungus,Verticillium dahliae Kleb.,can cause substantial yield loss in cotton.Cotton Verticillium wilt is mainly induced by the destroy of the antioxidant system in the plantlet.In order to study on the combined action mechanism of the chemical medicine and bio-control strain,Trichoderma viride(LTR-2) was combined with chemical medicine.Seed-treatment with Trichoderma viride(LTR-2) and chemical medicine causes cell wall structural modifcations and biochemical/physiological changes leading to the synthesis of proteins and chemicals.Out of ten different treatments,It was assume that peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) be associated with the defense against cotton Verticillium wilt.The result shows the the neame synergism in POD with SOD in the treatment of cotton Verticillium wilt,but there is not synergism in Trichoderma viride with pentachloronitrobenzene and rifampicini.
