生物育种中的激光诱变技术探究

摘  要:
从激光的物理特性出发,阐述了激光辐照种子所能产生的生物学效应,介绍了激光诱变育种技术的兴起、进展、所取得的成果和实施该技术所应用的仪器设备,探讨了激光育种的诱变机理和规律,客观地将该项技术与常规育种技术进行了比较,并对激光诱变育种技术的前景作了展望。

摘  要:
From the aspect of physical characteristics of the laser,the biological effects which were produced by laser irradiation seeds were expounded firstly;then the rise,progress,results,and the technical equipment of the laser technology were described,the mechanism and regulation of laser induced mutation breeding were summarized and discussed at the same time;finally the laser induced mutation breeding technology were compared with the conventional breeding technologies objectively,the prospect of the laser induced mutation breeding technology were made in this paper.
