微波辐射改性有机膨润土对吸附甲醛性能的影响

摘  要:
甲醛具有挥发性强、毒性大等特点,随着社会经济的发展,甲醛已成为不容忽视的空气污染物之一,所以本文采用微波加热法以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HTAB)为改性剂制备高吸附甲醛性能的有机膨润土,并针对微波改性有机膨润土制备过程中的关键因素对其吸附甲醛性能的影响进行研究。结果表明:膨润土的改性最佳工艺条件是改性剂用量为120 mmol/100 g,固液比为1:6,微波功率为320 W,微波加热时间为2 min;以此条件制备的有机膨润土对甲醛的吸附饱和时间为120 min,此时有机改性膨润土对甲醛气体的吸附达到最大值,最大吸附量为15.903mg/g;通过扫描电子显微镜、全自动比表面积孔径分析仪、激光粒度仪等对产品的比表面积、孔径、孔容、表观形态、粒度分布性能进行表征,分析了改性有机膨润土对甲醛气体的吸附原理。该研究可为去除室内和废水中挥发性有机化合物甲醛的实际应用提供一定的技术参考。

摘  要:
Along with the development of the economy,formaldehyde has become one of the pollutants that not allow to be ignored because of its strong volatility and great toxicity.Organic bentonite was prepared via microwave heating method with hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(HTAB) as the modifier,and the effect of key factors in preparation process on formaldehyde adsorption was studied.The maximum adsorption amount was 15.903 mg/g which considered to be best with the saturation time of 120 min under the following modified condition:the dosage of modifier was 120 mmol/100 g,solid- liquid ratio was 1∶6,microwave power was 320 W and microwave heating time was 2 min.The specific surface area,pore diameter and pore volume, apparent morphology,particle size distribution of the product were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),automatic surface area analyzer,laser particle size analyzer, the adsorption behavior of formaldehyde gas on the modified organic bentonite was analyzed.These results could provide technical reference for the practical application in removing volatile organic compound formaldehyde in wastewater and indoor.
